Chapter 1: Amber's first big interview

After a couple of years as Editor in Chief, Amber got the word from Felicia that she would be given a substantial one-on-one live interview opportunity. Amber spent a fair amount of time considering what progressive voice she wanted to interview. She thought about personality and how presentable the guest would need to be. She didn't want to be over-shadowed, she wanted to be in control of the whole interview.

Amber chose Suresh Prabhupada, a graduate of Oxford who had recently been found blogging a progressive, pro-Israel message at the leading progressive blog, icecatpond. As it turned out, Prabhupada had his own little-read blog called America Needs Progress Today.



Several days later, Randall was in Felicia's office and the interview came up:
